1. General provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Dmitriev Maxim Sergeevich (Taxpayer ID: 773272713342, hereinafter, the "Provider") and the person using the KeepUP platform (hereinafter, the "User"), in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation Law No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
1.2. The Provider renders services granting access to the "KeepUP" software — a platform for automating interaction between marketplaces and product suppliers (hereinafter, the "Platform").
1.3. This Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Acceptance of the offer is deemed to occur when the User takes actions aimed at using the Platform.
