Acceptable Use Policy
This policy says what the platform may not be used for. It applies to everything you do here: machines you rent, requests you send to the model API, machines you rent out and content you store.
1. What you must not do
1.1. Break the law, or help someone else to break it — including where you are, where the machine you use is, and where the people affected are.
1.2. Upload or process personal data of other people without a basis for doing so; in particular photographs or likenesses of people who have not agreed to it (see the Test Terms, section 4).
1.3. Produce, store or distribute sexual content involving minors, content that sexualises real people without their consent, or content made to harass, threaten or defame a real person.
1.4. Attack anyone: scan, probe or flood networks and services that are not yours, spread malware, run phishing, send spam, or use a machine as a relay to hide where traffic comes from.
1.5. Mine cryptocurrency, or run any workload whose purpose is to consume the host's capacity rather than to compute something you need.
1.6. Infringe other people's rights in software, models, datasets or other works. The licence of a model applies to what you do with it; the platform shows the licence of each model it serves.
2. What you must not do to the platform
2.1. Try to reach what is not yours: another participant's machine, account, data, stored content or API keys; the host a rented machine runs on; the platform's own servers and network beyond the interfaces offered to you.
2.2. Get around limits: credit balances, rate limits, quotas, blocks, the invitation requirement.
2.3. Tamper with the agent, the in-machine client or the images, or report false information about a machine, its hardware or its work.
2.4. Share an account, or create accounts for someone else to use.
3. Security findings
3.1. If you find a way to do something this policy forbids, report it through the Telegram bot instead of using it. Verifying a finding in good faith, without harm to anyone's data or work, is not a breach of this policy.
4. What happens on a breach
4.1. An administrator may revoke API keys, stop sessions, pause machines and suspend an account, with or without warning, when this policy is breached or when there is reason to believe it is. Suspension revokes every active session and key of the account at once.
4.2. During the test there is no formal appeal. Write to the Telegram bot.
5. Changes
5.1. This policy has a version. A new version is shown to you in the panel and has to be accepted before you continue.
