Privacy Policy

What ServerShare keeps, why, for how long, and what you can ask us to do about it. This is the open test: read it together with the Test terms.

What we keep

Data ServerShare keeps and for how long
DataWhat is in itKept for
Gateway request logOne row per attempt: who asked, which pool and machine answered, how long it took and how many tokens it cost. No prompt or answer text is stored.90 days
Abuse signalsCounters of bursts and repeated identical requests per account.30 days
Moderation casesComplaints and screening hits, with the decision and its reason. Resolved cases only; an unresolved case is work, not history.365 days
Host telemetryReadings of a host's accelerator: load, memory, temperature and power.7 days
Chat Studio conversationsMessages you sent and received in Chat Studio, kept so the conversation can be continued. Zero days means they are kept until you delete them.until you delete it
Design Studio historyThe prompt, style and size of each image you generated in Design Studio, and whether you marked the result as working, kept so you can repeat it. The image itself is not stored by the platform. Zero days means the history is kept until you delete it.until you delete it
Stored artifactsFiles a machine synchronised from its data volume, encrypted before upload.365 days
Pool availability historyFor each model pool and each machine serving in it, how many seconds of every hour it was observed and how many of them it could take a request. Nothing about the requests themselves.365 days

Your account itself — name, e-mail if you gave one, credits and agreements you accepted — is kept while the account exists.

What we do not keep

Who else sees it

A request is answered on a machine of the platform's network. If no machine of the pool can take it and the platform has switched this on for that model, the request may be sent to an external model provider — such a request is marked with the provider's name in your console, and the provider's own rules apply to it. Content review runs on the platform's own node; prompts are not sent to any third-party moderation service.

The owner of the host your machine runs on sees that a machine is running and how much traffic it moves. They do not get your data volume's key, your SSH key beyond the session, or a shell inside your machine.

Deleting things

You can delete a Chat Studio conversation, an entry of your Design Studio history, a stored artifact and your uploaded images at any time from the panel. You can ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it — write to us in Telegram from the contact link below. What is removed is removed, not hidden: the periods above are enforced by a daily sweep, not by a promise.

Changes

This is an open test, and the periods above are settings: if they change, this page changes with them, because it is generated from the same list the platform sweeps by.
